I’m Dr. Sara

I am a woman who enjoys supporting and glowing with other women. Yep, I said GLOW :)

When a woman is lifted up and empowered, cheered on by her sisters, she shines. When she remembers who she is on a soul level, the world around her basks in her light.

I love to coach women on lifestyle and nutrition. I am also a practicing licensed chiropractic in the seacoast of New Hampshire.

I have spent my life passionately immersing myself in the areas I love most, constantly seeking to deepen my knowledge and expertise. Yet, as the saying goes, the journey of mastery is never-ending. I am truly a forever student.

It may be of interest to you that I am a Reiki master, psychic medium, budding surfer, and I homeschool my two boys. I love to work out, walk in the woods, practice yoga and strength train too. I like my coffee with heavy cream!

Things I believe: You are your own best doctor and healer. You are an intuitive being. You a rich mosaic of experiences, each one shaping who you are today. Your past has led you to where you are right now. Sweet perfection. Your past experiences do not define all that you are and who you will become. There is more than just one way to grow and to heal. We are not meant to do this alone.
